Giving high-quality ground handling is a new service that CPS Skyways is now offering. When the passenger reaches the airport, all the way to being on board the plane, it is seamless. There is a high level of time pressure in the departure of each flight.

From loading and unloading freight and baggage from the plane and making sure that the aircraft is ready for its next flight, our staff can handle all of it.

Flight Supervision

At CPS Skyways, we do flight supervision, proactively. From baggage check-in to ramp handling, you are well-assisted on all the procedures. Our professional staff are visible and knowledgeable, if you have any query. 

CIQ Facilitation (Customs, Immigration and Quarantine)

We will efficiently take care of the compliance with the rules and laws in inspection of the airplane, cargo and passengers to those who are in-charge of immigration, customs and public health. Ensured adherence to standards is done, in order to avoid or minimize delays.

Fuel Arrangement Services

Each flight plan has to have fuel allocation. The plane, does not only bring enough fuel to reach its destination and return to its origin, but stocks up for emergency purposes too.

CAB (Civil Aeronautics Board)

Air transportation’s economic side is regulated by CAB (Civil Aeronautics Board). The following are the permits issued by CAB:

Issuance of the permit should also have the approval from the House of Congress and the final approval, of the President of the Philippines, for it authorizes a foreign air carrier to have traffic rights and engage in international air transportation services.

Foreign Air Carrier’s Permit (FACP) – issuance of the permit should also have the approval of the President of the Philippines, for it authorizes a foreign air carrier to engage in foreign air transportation services.

Aircraft Parking Coordination 

Aircraft parking stand is plane parking on the apron for conducting ground services activities, regulate more than one aircraft, perform manoeuvre safely and exit through the configuration model. It depends on the period of time of area and number of aircrafts over served.

An apron will accommodate number of aircrafts according to the calculation of the amount of each type of aircraft movements during peak hours.
